Bwin France To Merge With SajOO Online Gaming

After merging with PartyGaming a few months ago, bwin is now planning again to merge their French Bwin with Amaury Group along with SajOO online gaming. This was planned to have a better competition among them in the growing regulatory and fiscal regime that is now covering France's gaming market. The said new merger was not yet final, and there were no final agreements yet, but both companies are assured of working together to bring high financial benefits in terms of resources in marketing and shared marketing.
Both companies believed that this will let them earn more financial returns and that they will be able to achieve more heights in the market when finally merged together.

The Co-CEO of the merged bwin.party, Mr. Norbert Teufelberg stated that “Combining the resources of SAjOO and bwin France makes perfect sense and will only enhance our already strong position in the French market. With the prospect of a more commercial regulatory framework in 2012, we look forward to building a market leading enterprise with our long-standing partner.
And according to Philippe Carli, the CEO of Amaury Group, “This merger creates a new force in the French market, one that we expect will prosper over the months and years to come. We remain optimistic that the current review of the existing regulatory framework being conducted by the French Government will result in significant improvements to the legal and regulatory framework. In this context, Amaury group is strengthening its involvement with bwin France, one of the sector's leading operators.he said.

With France becoming a large place for online gaming market, there is no doubt that the competition among companies operating within the country have to make big steps to survive and live among these large and merging companies.
