Full Tilt's problem is not yet done even when the issue against the other two poker rooms were finished. PokerStars and Absolute Poker were in the process or recovering back what they have lost, but Full Tilt Poker is continuously losing everything that they might have funded.
As they go many trials, yesterday, July 26, 2011, should have been the day of Full Tilt's hearing about their domain and license suspension from operating and offering their services online. It was reported that the said hearing was not held that day, and that it was moved and reprieved onto another day which is on September 15, 2011. The reason for this was stated by the respected Commissioner Isabel Picornel who stated that "The decision was not taken lightly. The decision was taken in the best interests of Full Tilt’s customers and to allow Full Tilt Poker to further resume negotiations with potential investors. This would lead to a more beneficial outcome for the players’ interests. We will reconvene as soon as possible and no later than 15 September this year."
