Full Tilt's problem is not yet done even when the issue against the other two poker rooms were finished. PokerStars and Absolute Poker were in the process or recovering back what they have lost, but Full Tilt Poker is continuously losing everything that they might have funded.
As they go many trials, yesterday, July 26, 2011, should have been the day of Full Tilt's hearing about their domain and license suspension from operating and offering their services online. It was reported that the said hearing was not held that day, and that it was moved and reprieved onto another day which is on September 15, 2011. The reason for this was stated by the respected Commissioner Isabel Picornel who stated that "The decision was not taken lightly. The decision was taken in the best interests of Full Tilt’s customers and to allow Full Tilt Poker to further resume negotiations with potential investors. This would lead to a more beneficial outcome for the players’ interests. We will reconvene as soon as possible and no later than 15 September this year."
There are rumors that the current management might have the possibility to be change and that Full Tilt Poker might then be sold to new investors who would lead a new Full Tilt Poker in the online casino industry and poker gaming online. Addition to this is the rumors and beliefs that the Alderney Gambling Commission will only lift the suspension against Full Tilt Poker if and only if the current management will be changed.
With further explanations, the reprieved hearing was to give the online poker room enough time to prepare sales report for new investors of the gambling website. In just a matter of time, they are expecting that Full Tilt will then be back to normal with a new an better gaming features and management, and that different gambling authorities will ensure more safety and security on all the players of not only Full Tilt Poker, but all online casino sites and online poker rooms in the Internet.
